Orders typically ship within one business day. Each order is securely packaged to prevent light, moisture, or transit damage. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping Options


We offer Standard (3–5 business days) and Expedited (1–2 business days) shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout, and tracking is provided for every order.

Currently, shipping is limited to U.S. addresses and subject to compliance verification prior to release.

Lost or Damaged Orders


If your order is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos and tracking details. Verified issues will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the research-only nature of our compounds, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only for defective, damaged, or lost shipments reported within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
