Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

Intended Use

All products sold by Beacon Research Solutions are for laboratory research use only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not intended or approved for:

  • Human or animal consumption

  • Medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes

  • Use in food, drugs, or cosmetics

  • Commercial manufacturing or resale

  • Any other application not specifically permitted by law

Products have not been tested for safety or efficacy in medical, nutritional, or cosmetic applications.

Buyer Eligibility & Responsibilities

By purchasing from Beacon Research Solutions, the Buyer affirms that they:

  • Are at least 21 years of age

  • Possess the necessary training and qualifications to safely handle and use research chemicals

  • Will use products solely in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and best laboratory practices

  • Will not use or permit others to use any product for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose

The Buyer further agrees to:

  • Be solely responsible for understanding the health and safety hazards of each product

  • Implement appropriate industrial hygiene practices and safety controls

  • Warn and train personnel or clients about any hazards associated with the materials

  • Ensure compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and all other relevant regulations

  • Determine the suitability and application of any product for their intended research use

Product Handling & Reconstitution

Beacon Research Solutions does not provide guidance on reconstitution or research application. The Buyer is solely responsible for:

  • Conducting all necessary research to understand the chemical properties and risks

  • Verifying product purity and assay, especially if repackaging, relabeling, or using as a starting material

  • Ensuring that any resulting materials are not adulterated or misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and are not introduced into interstate commerce in violation of Sections 404, 505, or 512.

Limitation of Liability

Beacon Research Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Buyer agrees that:

  • Use of these products is at their own risk

  • The Supplier shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption

  • The Supplier’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s)

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Beacon Research Solutions from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, or losses arising from the Buyer’s handling, storage, use, or resale of the products—whether alone or in combination with other substances.

Right to Refuse Sale

Beacon Research Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel sales to any individual or organization that does not meet our internal compliance, legal, or ethical standards.
